1. Services Provided
Classic Siam Thai Massage offers only the professional massage services listed on our Massages page. No other services are provided or available. Our therapists are fully trained to deliver these services respectfully, safely and professionally.
2. Client Responsibilities
Please arrive freshly showered and in a suitable condition for massage.
Disclose any health conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect your treatment.
Arrive on time for your appointment; late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
3. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are confirmed via our online system.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, and the client may be prohibited from making future bookings.
Refunds are only issued at the discretion of Classic Siam Thai Massage in exceptional circumstances. If you are unhappy with your treatment, you must notify your therapist and discontinue the session within the first 15 minutes in order to be eligible for a refund.
4. Health & Safety
Massage treatments may result in temporary soreness.
Treatments are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns.
Shower facilities are available onsite for your convenience.
5. Conduct
Classic Siam Thai Massage maintains a safe, professional environment. Any inappropriate or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Services will be refused without refund if a client breaches these standards.
6. Liability
Classic Siam Thai Massage is not liable for any injury or loss resulting from your participation in massage services beyond the standard scope of treatment.
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of massage therapy.
7. Agreement
By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
