1. Services Provided
Classic Siam Thai Massage offers only the professional massage services listed on our Massages page. No other services are provided or available. Our therapists are fully trained to deliver these services respectfully, safely and professionally.
2. Client Responsibilities
Please arrive freshly showered and in a suitable condition for massage.
Disclose any health conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect your treatment.
Arrive on time for your appointment; late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
3. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are confirmed via our online system.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, and the client may be prohibited from making future bookings.
Refunds are only issued at the discretion of Classic Siam Thai Massage in exceptional circumstances. If you are unhappy with your treatment, you must notify your therapist and discontinue the session within the first 15 minutes in order to be eligible for a refund.
4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be bought online at classicsiammassage.com or at reception.
Each voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the voucher.
A voucher can be used over more than one visit. Any amount not used stays on the voucher until it expires.
Gift vouchers can be used by anyone who presents them, not only the person named.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given.
5. Loyalty Card
Earn one stamp per person per visit for any massage of 1 hour or more. A longer massage still earns one stamp.
After 5 stamps, receive $5 off your 6th visit. After 5 more stamps, receive $10 off your 12th visit. Your card then starts again.
The visit where a discount is given does not earn a stamp.
Discounts apply to massages of 1 hour or more.
Couples may share one card. Each person’s massage earns one stamp.
Stamps expire 12 months after your last visit. After that, your card starts again from the first stamp.
Loyalty cards are kept digitally at reception.
Loyalty discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
6. Health & Safety
Massage treatments may result in temporary soreness.
Treatments are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns.
Shower facilities are available onsite for your convenience.
7. Conduct
Classic Siam Thai Massage maintains a safe, professional environment. Any inappropriate or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Services will be refused without refund if a client breaches these standards.
8. Liability
Classic Siam Thai Massage is not liable for any injury or loss resulting from your participation in massage services beyond the standard scope of treatment.
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of massage therapy.
9. Agreement
By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Privacy of Client Information
Classic Siam Thai Massage respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
When making a booking, you may be asked to provide personal details through our online booking system and digital client intake forms. If you choose to receive email updates, promotions, or news from Classic Siam Thai Massage, your contact details may be stored in a secure customer relationship management system to facilitate these communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us at the email address below.
The information collected is used solely for the purposes of managing appointments, maintaining client records, updating clients, and providing safe and effective massage services.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties. Information will only be disclosed where required by law, where necessary to provide the services you have requested, or where reasonably required by a health fund or insurer to verify treatment or process a claim on your behalf.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.
For the loyalty card, we keep your name, mobile number and the dates of your visits, so we can record your stamps and rewards.
